All, very late in the day we have realised some users are not aware of the policy change for the initial few matches of the season. The change centred on points for multiple goals for a single player.
Our decision initially had been to restrict this for August and introduce it in September when the league split occurs, simply meaning when your player scores you get your points – if they score more than once, there is no multiplication of points. This decision was taken in the interest of competition and also to allow those latecomers the opportunity to get into the swing of things.
It is a decision under review – we have all of your predictions on record, and should the likely course of action in reversing this policy change be taken, your additional points for multiple goals WILL be added by the end of the month.
We realise some weren’t aware of this, so it is best to make you aware now. There is no issue in the long-term, as it is the same for all users.
