Injury Update: Lampard Could Face Arsenal

By Fitz on 14-Nov-2009 at 17:26:42

After learning the true nature and seriousness of Frank Lampards thigh injury sustained on international duty, we have further news.

The media and the 'copy and paste' online brigade were clamouring yesterday to report the bell of doom soundly ringing for Chelsea with Lampard, Terry and Drogba all definitely out for the Arsenal match and likely for 19-months each. We however were happy to slice through the crap and let the truth be known.

Franks thigh injury is confirmed as a tear and the official Chelsea site classed recovery as 'approximately three weeks'. Here at BlueTinted the same source that allowed us to let you know first that Lamps would play again before Christmas, can now allow us to reveal Frank may well be able to feature against Arsenal later this month or at least get on the bench.

This will come as a blow to Arsenal fans, bloggers and YouTube ranters currently frantically fumbling through holes in their pockets to the belief 'The Great Entertainers/Under-achievers' may mount anything other than their usual bluff charge at serious honours this term.

Keep an eye on BlueTinted for an update on Drogbas chest....
